In the fourth grade he thought up a card game called Destiny that got so popular amongst his classmates, that the faculty banned it from recess. By the time he was in sixth, he had moved to Houston, selling bite sized animal sketches to classmates for dimes and quarters. He’s always enjoyed drawing, writing, and the escape it brought him as much as the emotion it evoked. Trying his best to make himself feel, was the best way he could make others feel.
As he got older he discovered video games, and at one point he was playing against pros. But instead of pursuing a career in professional gaming, he went to college, and landed himself a spot at the University of Texas at Austin where he stumbled upon Advertising. After taking an intro to creativity in advertising class, he realized that this was something he could pour himself into. A vessel he could use to make a change, start a conversation, or spark a smile.
The journey to self-fulfillment keeps him going, and after working on over a dozen campaigns through Texas Creative, with an array of different brands, he is ready to put his mind to work on real brands making real differences. His craft is getting his ideas across. His passion is finding the best ways to do it.
